Information we collect

Device information. When you visit the site we automatically collect information about your device — browser type, IP address, time zone, some of the cookies installed on your device, the pages you view, and the site or search term that referred you. This is collected using cookies, log files and web beacons.

Order information.When you make a purchase we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide one, and payment details. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on our servers.

Messages. If you contact us we keep the name, email address and message you send so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

How we use your information

• To process payments, arrange shipping and send order confirmations.
• To communicate with you about your order or a question you sent us.
• To screen orders for fraud or risk.
• To improve the site — understanding which pieces people look at and where our visitors come from.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with the services that make the shop work:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy.
• Database — the database that stores orders and messages.
• Shipping carriers — the name and address needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, a search warrant, or another lawful request for information, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use them to keep your cart between visits, to keep an admin signed in, and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site — the cart in particular — will stop working.

Do Not Track

We do not alter our data collection practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, updated or erased, and to object to how we process it. If you are a California resident, you may request the categories of personal information we collect and ask for deletion. Contact us using our contact form to make a request.

Your information is processed in the United States and may be transferred outside of your country of residence when you place an order.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes, unless you ask us to erase them and we are not legally required to keep them.

Minors

The site is not intended for anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.
